I was trying to help a friend fix her computer, the message when booting is "windows/system32/config/system" press r to repair. She bought it refurbished (from a local computer store) and said it did not come with a cd, XP was partitioned on . Any ideas how to get it going? I hit r and it does not work and cycles through. I have pressed and held f10 as well. Thanks.
