My mP3 player, creative Zen Nano was infected by viruses. but i have cleaned up the viruses and reformat the player. suddenly i cannot turn on the player. when i try to plug it into the computer, the computer cannot read the player also. Can anyone please tell me whether i can fix it or not ( to the repair shop) ? many people told me that i cannot fix MP3 players that are infected by viruses, is it true?

Try to call the people at Creative Labs, and ask to see if there is anything you can do to fix this. I don't know the number but check http://us.creative.com/
