I am guessing you have changed the PC's IP address to a static one and did not add a default gateway.

Go back into the LAN connection settings, where you changed the IP and add the routers IP address as the gateway which will be 192.168.0.1 unless you have changed that and also you will need to add the DNS servers your ISP uses. This can be found in the router config.
