Repearing NTLDR missing??

i tried to repair the missing NTLDR in recovery console but when i type this copy D:\i386\ntldr c:\ the computer says access is denied..? how can i repair in other way without using the recovery console and without lossing my files??? i need it badly because my work files is their???

try copying the i386\ntldr to a floppy disk

then type:

xcopy a:\i386\ntldr to c:\

It may be just enough to trick microschmuck into copying the file back onto your hard drive
