I can't get the internet and I don't see any problem, but then I restart and get "lit

I have the internet on a computer before I go to bed, and I do not usually turn the computer off when I go to bed; I just put it in hibernate. But then whenever I reactivate the computer the following day I just can't get the internet. There are no problems with the network or anything. The internet simply will not work. So then I do a warm boot, and when the computer comes back on all of a sudden there is a "limited or no connectivity" message with a yellow ! next to the LAN icon. I try choosing repair, but this does not work. The only way I have found to re establish connectivity is to disable the LAN, do another warm boot, and the enable it again. But why am I having these problems? Like why does the internet not work when I try to use it after the computer was hibernating? And why is the "limited or no connectivity" message not displayed until I do a warm boot?

The first step is to reset your high speed modem. It is to unplug the power cord of your modem for 30 seconds and then plug it back in. After that, restart your computer.

Also, check your cable connections, your ethernet cable, the one that looks like an oversize phone number, check the condition of it. Make sure it is secured.
