This is weird motherboard question.?

I have a toshiba satelite laptop, its about 3 years old and the mother board has been fried 3 times. I have a waranty that ends in about 6 months and if the motherboard breaks again I get a new laptop since it would be declared a lemon.

Are there any tricks to burn out a motherboard?

I have had the computer three years and of that time its been in repair center for about 6 months.

cover the vents and overheat it

short the battery terminals

electromagnet

force small wire through any ports to short exposed connections

overclocking processor

beware of the fact these methods leave tell tale signs of tampering which would void warranty

You could try covering up the vents and running the laptop non stop. When it turns off, turn it back on. You could also try running it upside down
