if you've gotten rid of the virus and all traces of it, either use your recovery disk or windows disk has a repair feature.
either reinstall windows or download CCleaner for free at ( http://www.ccleaner.com/download ) which has a registry repair option to repair your registry and anything else. its a great all around program ands its easy to use, and its not like one of those thousands of other computer maintenance programs cause it was rated #1 by PC magazine and PC Digest.
