Package Forwarding....?

Is there a service in the United States that receives, forwards, receivees, and then finally forwards packages to American citizens overseas? Example: I live in China. My HP computer is not working properly. I need to send it to HP, but HP will not accept shipments from, or ship to, overseas locations. HP has suggested that I send my computer to someone in the United States and have it then forwared to them. Upon repair, or replacement, HP will send my computer back to whomever I designate and then the designated party/person can send it back to me in China. Complicated? Yes/No/Maybe. I don't know, but it seems there must be a way to do this without all the complications and headaches....any suggestions?

Contact "The UPS Store" in the city where you need your computer to go. Explain your situation and maybe they will help. The UPS Stores are mostly franchises and if you are lucky, you will reach the owner. Owners can do pretty much anything they want.

Best of luck!

UPS won't be able to help you. You need to reach one of their retail stores. They used to be called Mail Boxes Etcetera but UPS bought them out. If you can get one of the UPS retail stores to accept your package and reship it to HP, your troubles should be over. Report It

You can check out www.usanextdoor.com. They have a good deal and may help you. Report It
