A person told me "Have fun without internet!" But that's not the problem. The problem is that I can't connect to the internet. I connect through LAN on that computer. But I also have a wireless internet connection. That doesn't work either. I have no way of connecting. None of my family members can connect to the wireless internet as well. For my computer with LAN it says "This connection has limited or no connectivity. This problem occured because the network didn't assign a network address to the computer." I tried everything I tried to repair the network connection. I tried restarting my computer. I even tried unplugging everything and connecting it again.

Call your ISP.

Clearly, someone didn't like you. The problem may have multiple sources, but it all boils down to where the problem exists.
1) Problem is at the outside cable box or modem.
Check to see if your cable box has been tampered with. I would call your provider and ask if they can see the modem or router.
2) Problem is at the router
This is relatively simple. Remove the router and connect your computer directly to the modem. Make sure to give the cable company your mac address, though. If you can connect, then the problem is the router. The router can be reset, by following some relatively simple steps. If that is the problem, just post again and we'll help out.
3) Problem is at your computer
Here the problem is not so easily isolated. If the person did hack your machine, you can try an antivirus program or antispyware or a registry fixing program. Give those a shot and if they don't work, then you may as well just back-up your data and start over.
Good luck!
call your internet service provider. they can help. same thing happened to me. just call them and they will take care of it and walk you threw the steps.
