Internet Connection Help?

My upstairs computer's internet is not working. When i first got it the computer worked fine but now i cant open up the internet.

When i try to it says that the page cannot be displayed and to click here for internet connection help: tools and troubleshooting information from HP to fix the internet connection problems. i click that but nothing comes up.

On the computers toolbar on the bottom there are two pictures. The first is of a small computer with a yellow exclamation point on it. if i move the mouse over it a small box appears that says

speed: 108 mbps

signal strength: good

status: limited or no connectivity

if i right click on the picture of a computer with an exclamation point it says

Disable

Status

Repair

View Available Wireless Networks

Change Windows Firewall Settings

Open Network Connection

if i click status it says limited or no connectivity, signal strength: 2 or 3 out of 5 bars. if i click ...

NEW INFORMATION ADDED

Make sure the Internet is still working on the downstairs computer. If not reboot the Cable/DSL modem. If you can get on the Internet downstairs then.

Determine if you are using a wire or wireless connection upstairs.

Wireless

1.. Click on View Available Wireless Networks and do a refresh and make sure that the computer can see YOUR router. If it cannot see your connection make sure the wireless is enabled in your computer.
