I need to have a picture printed on iron on transfer paper (like for making tshirts). I have the paper for it, but no computer (lap top just went out for repair). Kinkos, sir speedy and photo places around here won't do it. Any Ideas where I can get this done? THanks!! By the way I'm in the chicago area.

Do you have an all-in-one printer at home? If you have a scanner you should be able to scan the pic directly on to the paper, try a test first to make sure it is how you want it.
I've also got some all-in-one printers that don't require a computer at all. My favorite is the HP photosmart 3210 (without fax). You can connect directly to your digital camera using the cable or you can just plug your memory card into the slot. Then the pictures will show up on the screen, you select it and then can print it out. It prints just as though you printed it from the computer, great quality, better than just scanning. So if you have the ability to do this, it would work as well.
Are you friends with any of the managers at an office supply store? You can ask them to let you print it out on one of their display printers, they won't mind since they have them out there anyway.
Also check with the copy and print center at places like Staples, Office Max, Office Depot, etc. They will probably be able to do this for you as well. If you have a print it would be even easier.
Hope this helps

You can also try going to Meijer (I think they have those in Illinois) to have them print your pic on transfer paper. They make iron-ons for t-shirts and sweatshirts.
All you need is an inkjet printer. See if a friend has a PC with an inkjet printer you can borrow. If you want to print a few, you may want to buy a printer for yourself. They are very reasonably priced these days.
Do not use a laser or a solid ink printer.
