Caused by the "DNS and Key Parts" deter, the windows live messenger and Internet can not open. Windows repair uneffective, It was getting worse, happened every day, when I start the computer. Have reported to you, many times, the problem still there. Please Help. Thanks.

just reinstall a fresh copy of the operating system this will restore the original pc settings
