My car is at a repair shop getting an engine. After installing engine the car fired up and ran but after a few seconds running it shut off. The technician told me that the vehicle was not getting a signal to the injectors. After a few days he called and told me that the computer needed replaced because of a faulty ground in computer. He replaced the computer but he still did not fix the problem. He has checked every sensor and wiring from injectors to computer and everyhing is fine. He has even taken the computer to dealer to get flashed but to no improvement. What may he be over looking. I need my car. It has been two weeks. The old engine blew a head gasket. Would that have cause other problems?

if they removed the stock 2.7L engine and replaced with an identical 2.7L engine, it should work, unless something is wired wrong. the only damage that i could see having been done to the computer system would be a sensor being damaged when the head gasket blew, but that would be a stretch.
